Refunding process will differ depending on the date when you have booked your reservation or the date when you have changed or cancelled your reservation.
Conversion rate will not be the day you used your credit card. This will be converted on the data settlement day.
You will not be able to check, change or cancel your reservation through our website if you have booked your reservation through phone. If the payment transaction is settled by a credit card, the refund will be processed by the customer’s credit card company. Depending on the credit card data settlement period, the refunding procedure may take from 1 to 2 months. For Visa・Master Debit card, the payment will be settled (by bank transfer) immediately after the booking has been reserved. For more information regarding the refunding process for the Debit Card user, please inquire with the card issuer.
For customers selected "Convenience Store Payment", please contact our Customer Center for refund.
For refund, we do not transfer to the banking institutions outside Japan.
* There will be a 420 yen transfer fee charged for each reservation.

If you change or cancel your booking on line by yourself, you can choose the refund by WILLER points if desired. Subscribed customers only.
To receive the refund by WILLER points, please login to your own "My Page" and go through the cancellation/change procedures. Then, select "refund by WILLER points" from the refund methods list.
*WILLER point is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
*You can use WILLER points up to 30,000 points per transaction (minimum amount is 100 points).
