Passengers can cancel their reservations anytime as long as they pay the cancellation fee accordingly.
※In some cases, there will be a cancellation fee by changing date or plans of their reservations.

Cancellation
We accept reservation cancellations up to the day before. Unfortunately same-day cancellations cannot be refunded.
Refund
A Bus Pass can be refunded if all tickets are unused, in which case credit for the full amount will be returned.
Please be aware that a refund is not possible past the Bus Pass expiration date, even if unused.
A refund is not possible if even one ticket is used.
* Refunds on the starting day of the trip
* A refund on the starting day of the trip is possible if all tickets are completely unused.
However, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, with credit for the remaining amount returned.
