Change and Cancellation for your Reservations

Please take the following steps to change or cancel a reservation. The change or cancellation method varies with the method of making the reservation and the type of reservation.

Paid by Credit Card
You can change (Boarding Place / Arrival Place, number of passengers) or cancel the booking on your MY PAGE until "Reservation Deadline".
After "Reservation deadline", you can still cancel the booking on your MY PAGE until the departure time.

Paid at a convenience store
You can change (Boarding Place / Arrival Place, number of passengers) or cancel the booking on your MY PAGE until "Reservation Deadline".
After "Reservation deadline", you can still cancel the booking on your MY PAGE until the departure time.
If you would like to receive refund to your Japanese bank account, please contact our customer centre during business hours.
* There will be a 420 yen transfer fee charged for each reservation.

Non-Members

Paid by Credit Card
You can change (Boarding Place / Arrival Place, number of passengers) or cancel the booking online until "Reservation Deadline".
After "Reservation deadline", you can still cancel the booking online until the departure time.
Please click "Reservation Confirmation" on top page of our website.
Then, enter Reservation Confirmation No. and your Email Address.
You will be able to see, change and cancel your booking.

Paid at a convenience store
You can not change / cancel your booking online.
Please contact our customer center during business hours.
We can change Boarding Place / Arrival Place until "Reservation deadline".
We can decrease the number of passenger or cancel the booking until the departure time.
We will refund to your Japanese bank account, if there was money to be refunded.
* There will be a 420 yen transfer fee charged for each reservation.

Bus Pass

You can change (Boarding Place / Arrival Place, number of passengers) or cancel the booking before the day of departure.
If you cancelled your booking until the previous day of travel, the status of that portion of your Bus Pass will return to "UNUSED" again.
You can not change / cancel the booking on departure day. Please contact our customer center during business hours.
(Depending on your reservation status, there is a circumstances that we may not accept your changes).
* Please note that for Bus Pass, cancellations or changes on the day of travel shall be deemed or construed to be a waiver.
Therefore, you will forfeit 1 right to take a bus.
* Please note that for Bus Pass, there are no refunds if once used. No partial refunds can be made.

Changes and cancellations may also be requested by phone.

* Reservations made by phone can only be changed or cancelled by phone.
* Requests made after the Customer Center closes will be handled as requests made the following business day.
