To become a WILLER member, please enter your registration information into the form on the membership registration page. After completion, a confirmation mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. At this point, you will be a Standard Member.
Members can raise their rank to Gold Member through accumulation of points and the number of times service is used, receiving privileges as a result.

There are two ranks of WILLER membership: "Standard Member" and "Gold Member".

Standard Membership

Everyone becomes a Standard Member simply by registering for WILLER membership. From your "My Page", you can benefit from various reservation-change services as well as point privileges.

Gold Membership

Members who either "use a WILLER Point Group website 5 or more times" or "acquire 1000 or more points" in one year will become Gold Members from the following month. In addition to Standard Member services and benefits, you can also receive privileges of services such as seat selection and more.

To check your current WILLER rank, log in and look under your name in the right-hand side of the top page, or check the "** Member" label next to your name on your My Page.

To become a Gold Member, you must either "use a WILLER Point Group site 5 or more times" or "acquire 1000 or more points" by December 31st of the year you register.
Rank upgrade to Gold Member will take place from the 15th of the following month after you have either "used a WILLER Point Group site 5 or more times" or "acquired 1000 points" at some time between January 1st and December 31st.
From that day, you will be a Gold Member for one year.
※ If the 15th is a weekend or holiday, it will become effective from the next business day.
※ Points from cancelled purchases, etc. will not count towards "Acquired Points".

※If less than three reservations are made with WILLER Point Group sites during the one-year Gold Member period, membership status will be reverted to Standard.
