Rules and regulations regarding transit and non-transit bus

Before starting your trip, please read the following regulations regarding the policy for late departure or arrival.
Transit bus, buses depart before or after the transit bus are apply.
Please note that Reservations with Bus Pass do not apply here.

Delay on departure time

If the departure time is behind schedule by the following cause:
Bus breakdown or other our responsible factors

Customers can decide to take the bus or not by themselves.

In case the departure time is Customers
choose
Our policy
less than 3 hours behind schedule. to board the bus If the arrival time is behind schedule, our company will refund your travel compensation fee.
not to board the bus If you decide not to board the bus, and the expected delay is more than one hour, we will refund all your travel fee.
*We will not be responsible for your substitute transportation cost, arrangement for lodging and other travel expenses.
more than 3 hours behind schedule (in case you couldn't take your reserved bus). to board the next bus We will guide you if there are available seats on the other buses. (this will correspond until the next day)
* If the bus rank has been upgraded, we will not ask for additional travel fees. On the other hand, if the bus rank has been downgraded, we will refund the difference. If you are taking a night bus, we may let you rest in a bus or a hotel if necessary.

Natural Calamities / Traffic Situations

Customers can decide to take the bus or not by themselves.

not to board the bus If the departure time is more than 1 hour behind schedule and you have decided not to take the bus, we will refund all your money back.
* We will not be responsible for your substitute transportation cost, arrangement for lodging and other travel expenses.
more than 3 hours behind schedule (in case you couldn't take your reserved bus). to board the next bus We will guide you if there are available seats on the other buses (this will correspond until the next day).
* If the bus ranks have been changed, we will not ask for another travel fee or refund the difference.
* We will not be responsible for your substitute arrangement for lodging and other expenses.
not to board the next bus If you are not going to board the bus, we will refund all your travel fee.

Delay on arrival time

The travel compensation fee will be applicable when following cases occur

Delays caused by our company circumstances

Less than 2-3 hours of behind schedule Will refund 20% of your travel fee
More than 3 hours of behind schedule Will refund 30% of your travel fee

Delays caused by a natural calamities and traffic situations

N/A We will not refund your travel fee
